Waist measurement should be taken around the smallest part of your natural waistline, usually located just above the navel.

Wrap the measuring tape straight and snug around the fullest part of your hips. Do not measure hip bone.

The most perfect postpartum pyjamas for your hospital stay. The soft thin band sits lightly and comfortably away from the tender areas when Having a cesarean. They were all I wore for the first week, also being completely breastfeeding friendly and a non irritating fabric for baby’s skin you cannot go past these!
