I placed a bulk order with Homebodii for my bridal party pajamas and had a really frustrating experience. My first shipment only included about half of the order, and it took multiple back-and-forth emails with customer service to get the missing items resent.

When the second shipment finally arrived, one of the items was completely wrong—even though the packing label and UPC description were correct. Now, after two shipments and a lot of time spent trying to fix this, I still don’t have what I originally ordered.

The quality itself is fine and the embroidery looks good, but overall, for the price and the inconvenience, I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here. There are plenty of other companies offering bulk discounts now, and Homebodii doesn’t feel ahead of the game anymore.

For an $800 purchase, this level of disorganization is unacceptable—especially for something time-sensitive like a wedding. I’d suggest going with a more reliable company for bridal party gifts.
