Homebodii AU6 months agoThank you for your review and for sharing this feedback. With personalised embroidery, it is normal for the stitching to go through the pocket and into the lining behind, which means the pocket opening can be closed as part of the embroidery process.
We’re really sorry this was disappointing, and we’ll work on making this much clearer on our website so customers know that embroidery can close the pocket.
