Looking back, we are glad that we opted for a destination wedding. The opportunity to celebrate not just for a day, but for several days, surrounded by our nearest and dearest in one beautiful location, was truly magical. And speaking of magic, Mayakoba was the epitome of enchantment. This tropical haven, with its luxury hotels nestled among natural wonders and a pristine beachfront, was the perfect backdrop for our festivities. We chose the Banyan Tree Hotel. Every moment there felt like stepping into a dream.

The most unexpected part of the day was definitely our first dance. We had secretly taken dance lessons and practiced a choreographed routine for months.
